The lockdown imposed this week has meant that with the exception of “click and collect” car dealerships have been required to close their showrooms for new car sales. Whilst most dealers have kept their aftersales (parts) departments open we are aware that some smaller dealers have closed completely leaving repairers without parts. NBRA are working in close association with NFDA (National Franchised Dealers Association), who have agreed to assist us with influencing dealer executives where necessary or helping our members with alternate solutions.
