Our debt recovery service is offered freely within Platinum, Premium and Core Plus Memberships. Simply complete the attached form, submit along with any supporting evidence and the invoice and we’ll get to work writing to your debtor on your behalf.
The NBRA have developed a new solution for members - The ALLDATA Platform.
Many Members have been put on a free trial and have agreed to subscribe to the ALLDATA platform, for those still to make a decision on this, we will be operating a Technical Helpdesk for repair methods above.
As such, this service will be for low volume requests not a full high-volume service, the member will need to adopt the ALLDATA solution or an alternative.
