Due to an increase in demand for appointments, DVSA have been required to make some changes to the IVA booking system.
DVSA are receiving an excessive number of requests to amend agreed appointments. Any change adds additional costs that need to be minimised.
When will these changes take effect?
As of 1 December 2023 the number of appointments given for a single application will be reduced from 3 to 2.
This means you will only be able to change an appointment once.
DVSA have taken this measure to reduce the risk of having to further restrict the flexibility currently enjoyed.
DVSA ask that you ensure initial appointments agreed are realistic and only make changes where absolutely necessary.
