Mentoring, progression and a great bunch of people are the messages running through AW Repair Group’s double-bill Career for Life docuseries released today.
Finance Director Kantha Arumugam explains how he joined the company 11 years ago as an accounts assistant and now leads a team of nine at AW Repair Group’s head office. His developing role has seen many changes as the company has grown from three to 11 sites during that time.
Meanwhile Payroll & HR Manager Kim Jackson talks about the company’s caring and supportive culture where “you’re not just a number, you are part of a big family.”
Kim joined AW nearly 18 years ago as a payroll clerk and as the company has grown the role developed into Human Resources Management and team well-being, also promoting the motor industry charity BEN.
The two stories shine a light on the administrative roles keeping business wheels moving in the accident repair industry.
