Penrith Body Repairs Ltd marked a significant milestone with the launch of its new facility, ahead of its official opening in mid-November.
Established in 1972, Penrith Body Repairs is a third-generation family business that has built an outstanding reputation for quality repairs and customer service across Cumbria and beyond.
Today, the business is led by Jackson Fletcher, with Penrith Body Repairs proudly remaining family-run as it continues into its third generation. The new facility, located just down the road from the company’s existing premises, represents a significant investment in the future of the business. Having outgrown its previous site, which was originally a dealership facility, the move provides a fresh, modern environment that reflects the quality, professionalism and ambition of the team.
The project was delivered by NBRA Supplier Members – Rowley Spray Booths, which worked closely with Penrith Body Repairs from the earliest planning stages.
Commenting on the project, Jim Sullivan of Rowley Spray Booths said: “We’re incredibly proud to share our recent project with Penrith Body Repairs, a complete repair centre fit-out we delivered from start to finish. Working closely with the Penrith team from the very beginning, our in-house design team developed the full workshop layout, planning every bay around how the business works day to day. From there, we supplied and installed the majority of the project, including the spraybooth installations, flooring and mid-rise scissor lifts, creating a modern, efficient workshop built for the future. Seeing a project come together from the first drawing to a fully working bodyshop is what we love most about what we do, and we’d like to thank Penrith Body Repairs for trusting us to bring their vision to life.”
As members of the National Body Repair Association (NBRA) through the Stellantis UK Accident Repair Programme, Penrith Body Repairs continues to invest in the future while maintaining the family values that have underpinned the business for more than 50 years.
The new facility is expected to officially open its doors in November, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the business. The investment reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality accident repair services across the region while providing a state-of-the-art working environment for its team and customers alike.
The launch event was attended by industry partners, suppliers and guests, all keen to see the next stage in the evolution of one of Cumbria’s long-established and respected repair businesses. With a modern new facility and a strong family heritage, Penrith Body Repairs is well positioned for continued success in the years ahead.
