FLP Names New Business Development Manager for Kapci

The FLP Group are pleased to announce Luke Rayson-Flynn as the newly established Business Development
Manager for Kapci Coatings. Having joined the business in 2025 as Executive Sales Representative, Luke has
played a key role in helping to drive growth across the company.
This promotion reflects Luke’s significant contribution to the company’s continued growth and future
development plans across the Automotive Repair Industry, more specifically enhancing the Kapci Coatings
brand.


Luke will be working closely with distributors, bodyshops, and smart repairers to enhance the Kapci Coatings
brand and make the products easily accessible to painters across the Repair Industry.
