The NBRA is pleased to announce the appointment of Kyra Hazlehurst-Brooks as our new Southeast Regional Development Manager, reinforcing our continued commitment to strengthening member support across the region.
Kyra brings more than 17 years of experience across insurance, customer service and the automotive industry. Known for building authentic relationships and helping businesses overcome real operational challenges, she offers a refreshing, hands-on, people-first approach that aligns with the NBRA’s renewed focus on proactive
engagement.
Her background in network management gives her a deep understanding of the pressures repairers face on the ground, as well as the importance of clear communication, collaboration, and trust. Kyra’s appointment marks an important step in enhancing the visibility, responsiveness, and practical support available to NBRA
members in the Southeast.
