NBRA is pleased to announce that D Gawthrope, recently awarded with the first VBRA Elite Standard, have been selected as a finalist for the Greener Bodyshop Awards.

D Gawthorpe ACR LTD have been nominated for both the Greener Bodyshop Award and the Bodyshop Staff Wellbeing Award.
Dean Gawthrope, managing director at D Gawthrope ACR Ltd said:

We are so honoured to have been selected as Greener Bodyshop awards finalists. We have always been committed to do the best thing for our people, our planet and the eco-system and this recognition will motivate us to do even more.
In our industry, we all have a to do our part for the environment. NBRA is demonstrating that there is a future in creating a greener as possible environment and this will give bodyshops more chance of survival in these ever-changing times
.”

Thomas Hudd, NBRA national technical manager, said: “We couldn’t be more delighted to include D Gawthrope ACR Ltd in the Greener Bodyshop Awards finalists. Becoming a finalist in these awards positions you as an employer of choice for existing staff and new recruits. We already noticed the commitment D Gawthrope put in the industry, and we recently awarded them with the Elite Truck & Van Body Repair Certificate.
Dean and the team are dedicated to safety and quality, and they have made great investments to keep up with technology and the training required to repair the modern vehicles.”

Gawthrope continued “It amazes me seeing what NBRA and VBRA are doing for our industry. We are thrilled to have been recently awarded with the UK’s first ever Elite Truck & Van Body Repair Certificate. Until now the commercial vehicle accident repair industry has lagged behind other similar sectors, with no audited regulation process to ensure service quality when it comes to commercial vans and trucks between five and 44 tonnes.
We have been overwhelmed with elite standard enquires from work providers and fleet companies and this proves how high the standard really is.”
