From the very beginning of their NBRA Gold Supplier membership, FLP Group were eager to connect with members from across the repair industry and share their expertise with the whole member community.
FLP Group hosted an open day to launch their newest manufactured product, the ULTIMATE Wheel Kit, in Doncaster. Described by NBRA / VBRA BDM, Ellie Soden, as “a brilliant day bringing repairers together to see the product in action, enjoy a Greek gyros lunch, and have a few proper industry chats.”
Ellie attended the event on behalf of the NBRA, where she met Lee Mitchell owner of a busy mobile repair service across Yorkshire, Cocoon Smart Repair, supporting everyone from dealerships to private customers with top-quality SMART and bodywork repairs.
Lee was impressed by what he heard and by the value the NBRA could bring to members like FLP Group and businesses similar to his own.
Shortly after, he joined the NBRA as a new member, and has recently, attended his first Speed Networking Event in Bolton, hosted by Northern Regional BDM Antony Barnes.
Both Lee and Antony described it as “an exciting transformation”, meeting supplier members, discovering new opportunities, and being part of a community that makes those connections effortless.
From FLP’s Gold Supplier partnership to Cocoon Smart Repairs joining as a new member, it is a great example of how the NBRA links suppliers and repairers in a way that genuinely strengthens our industry.
