As vehicle technology continues to evolve, access to reliable, future-ready diagnostic capabilities have become increasingly important for businesses operating at scale. Supporting this need, Repairify has begun the rollout of its new asTech Gen3 diagnostic devices across the Belron® UK network, marking the latest milestone in a partnership that has spanned almost a decade.
Approximately 1,400 asTech Gen3 devices will be configured and shipped by Repairify’s UK team over the coming months, with the wider global programme supporting Belron® operations across 31 countries. The rollout replaces the existing asTech Gen2 devices currently deployed throughout the business and represents a significant investment in next-generation remote diagnostic technology.
The first asTech Gen3 devices have now been hand-delivered to Autoglass® HO facility in Bedford, officially marking the start of the wider UK and European deployment. The handover follows successful deliveries across Belron® Canada and Safelite® in the United States earlier this year, with further devices set to be distributed across multiple Carglass® markets in the months ahead.

The rollout builds on a partnership that has seen Belron® utilise Repairify’s diagnostic technology across nearly 3000 locations worldwide for approximately 10 years. Throughout that time, the relationship has evolved in tandem with increasingly complex vehicle technology, helping technicians access the diagnostic capabilities needed to support modern vehicle repair, replacement, and recalibration.
Developed as the successor to the asTech Gen2 platform, the new asTech Gen3 delivers improvements in vehicle coverage, functionality, reliability, ease of use, and overall user experience. Designed primarily to support remote diagnostics, the latest generation provides a more dynamic and feature-rich platform, enabling Belron® technicians to keep pace with the rapid development of vehicle electronics and software systems.
The deployment further reinforces Repairify’s position as the UK’s only true full-service diagnostics provider, delivering local, remote, mobile, and workshop-based diagnostic services through a single integrated platform. By combining advanced technology with technical expertise and operational support in the UK, the business continues to help some of the country’s largest automotive organisations manage increasingly sophisticated repair requirements.
Phil Peace, Managing Director at Repairify, said:
“We’re extremely proud to continue supporting Belron through the next phase of its diagnostic technology strategy. Our relationship has been built over many years, and this rollout demonstrates the confidence that a key industry player places in both our technology and the technical expertise behind it.
The automotive industry continues to evolve at an incredible pace, and diagnostic capability has to evolve with it. asTech Gen3 provides improved coverage, enhanced functionality, and a better user experience, ensuring Belron® have the tools they need to support today’s vehicles now and those that hit the roads in the years ahead.”
Simon Blake, Operations & Supply Chain Director at Autoglass®, said:
“Our partnership with Repairify has played an important role in supporting our diagnostic requirements for many years. As vehicle technology becomes increasingly sophisticated, having access to reliable, future-ready diagnostic equipment backed by expert technical support is essential.
“The rollout of asTech Gen3 gives our technicians access to the latest diagnostic capabilities while providing a platform that will continue to evolve alongside the vehicles our customers rely on every day.”
Repairify’s asTech Gen3 rollout will continue throughout the coming months, with devices configured and shipped to Belron® headquarters across Europe and other international markets, supporting the company’s continued investment in advanced diagnostic technology and reinforcing the long-standing collaboration between the two businesses.
