Last week, the VBRA awarded Vehicle Bodycare Centre Ltd with the Elite Truck & Van Body Repairer Certification for Structural classification, including Cab & Chassis Repair capability for trucks up to 44.0 tonne GVM and Panel Vans & Chassis Cabs up to 5.0 tonne capacity.

Martin Burgoyne, Vehicle Bodycare Centre Ltd Director, said:

“We are really delighted with this achievement, which recognises the many years of continual investment in the commercial repair operation – equipment, new vehicle diagnostic technologies, a proactive and objective based structured staff training plan aligned with the company’s vehicle manufacturer approvals and the IMI Awards achieved by work colleagues across all departments in the required skill assessments.

This ongoing commitment by the company’s Directors to continually improve the commercial vehicle facilities offered onsite, with the aim of being able to offer any commercial vehicle customer a ’One Stop Shop’ vehicle damage repair service, enabling an improved service provision all round which is second to none.”

The standard will utilise the certifications from the IMI and other bodies to identify competency of technicians in this complexed repair sector.
