Dunns Automotive operates within the automotive accident repair and vehicle safety supply chain, supporting bodyshops, repair networks, dealerships, and fleet operators with specialist ADAS calibration, diagnostics, coding, equipment sales and IMI training.
Mobile Service
Our mobile service operates as a critical final stage in the repair process, ensuring vehicles are returned to manufacturer standards and safe for customers before returning to the road.
Unlike others, ADAS is our only specialism, it’s not an add-on.
As a family-run business, our reputation, pride, and company name are at the centre of everything we do. Craig and Gemma Dunn started the business in 2019, after it became evident that Craig’s existing wheel alignment customers would soon need an ADAS solution. Now a 10-strong team, our employees were all contacts of ours before we brought them onboard – highly skilled, well-respected and incredibly knowledgeable.
We focus heavily on customer relationships, reliability, and trust, while maintaining high standards through strict adherence to manufacturer repair methods. Remote calibrations are not included in our services.
Our aim is not simply to complete calibrations, but to help raise standards across the industry by demonstrating how ADAS repairs should be carried out correctly, safely, and professionally.
Equipment Sales
We have recently appointed a Sales Manager to head up our new equipment sales division.
We provide full technical support and training with our diagnostics and calibration equipment to make sure bodyshops can use the systems confidently from day one.
That includes installation and setup, hands-on operator training, IMI AOM 230 & ADAS Awareness training and ongoing technical support whenever it’s needed. Our team also assist with diagnostics, ADAS calibrations, troubleshooting, and OEM procedures, either remotely or over the phone.
We provide ongoing refresher training and technical support as vehicle technology continues to evolve, ensuring your technicians remain up to date with the latest systems and repair requirements.
Our focus is not simply on supplying equipment. We take the time to understand your business, listen to your requirements, and gain an understanding of the vehicles you repair, the services you offer, and your workshop environment. This allows us to recommend the right equipment and solutions to suit your business, ensuring you invest in what you need—nothing more, nothing less.
Our goal is to build a long-term partnership, providing the expertise, support, and guidance needed to help keep repairs accurate, efficient, and manufacturer-compliant, giving you confidence in every repair.
IMI Training
Dunns Automotive are also an IMI-approved training centre offering industry-recognised accreditations from our dedicated ADAS facility in Hamble, Southampton. Unlike other training providers, our courses are delivered by experienced, practicing ADAS technicians, ensuring relevant and up-to-date industry knowledge throughout
