NBRA National Technical Manager, Tom Hudd and Area Manager, Gerry Braddock visited Michael and Janet Reed of Alan Reed Ltd, based in Shildon, County Durham this week.
Alan Reed began the business in 1970. His son Michael was involved from the days he began walking and became the Managing Director in 2000.
Both Michael and Janet have evolved and grown the business to such an extent that they have invested circa 1.2m into the business to future proof it.
They hold the BSI Kitemark & their attention to detail and commitment to training is really demonstrated in the way they operate their business and manage their team.
The team at Alan Reed Ltd are using modern techniques and equipment on all repairs. Heavily investing in extending their premises, they are fully equipped with all the latest equipment to recalibrate vehicles following repair.
A customer will have real reassurance their vehicle has been properly repaired, with Michael also investing in top quality training for his team.
